Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Smart Dhandha ("our", "we", or "us") strive to ensure that our business operating system meets the diverse needs of founders and their teams. This policy outlines exactly how cancellations of our services are managed. Please review our policy carefully to understand how your subscriptions and payments are handled.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your Smart Dhandha subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform and your organization's data until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Cancellations can be initiated by navigating to the "Settings" → "Plan" section in your Smart Dhandha administrative dashboard. Ensure you have the 'Organization Owner' role to perform this action.
- We do not charge cancellation fees. Once the current cycle ends, your subscription will not automatically renew.
2. Data Retention Upon Cancellation
Upon the end of your billing cycle after a cancellation, your data will still be accessible for a grace period of 30 days. You may export your financial reports, employee records, and invoices within this timeframe. After the grace period, we reserve the right to securely delete your data in compliance with privacy regulations.
3. Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: You will not receive a refund for the current month's billing cycle when you cancel. You will simply not be charged for the following month.
- Annual Subscriptions: Due to the deeply discounted nature of annual commitments, we generally do not offer prorated refunds if you decide to cancel before the full year is up. Exceptional technical issues explicitly caused by our platform directly affecting your operations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicated charges), please contact our billing support team immediately to issue a correction.
4. Modifications to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our service fees and pricing occasionally. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. We will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the service will indicate your agreement to the new pricing structure.
5. Account Termination
Smart Dhandha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities, illegal behavior, abusive exploitation of our APIs, or consistent violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
